Directions:

Soak the beans in water for a few minutes and wash vigorously to remove the skin. Drain off the skins as they should float and retain the beans only

Blend with the onions, pepper and chill until very smooth

Boil the eggs and Mackerel fish. Slice the eggs and flake the fish.

Combine all the ingredients and season with salt

Pack in banana leaves/ small freezer bags or small pudding tubs and steam for 50 miutes or until completely firm.
