Sift dry ingredients together and set aside

Chop walnuts and set aside

Cream butter, add sugar and cream

Add eggs to butter mixture and combine

Add massed bananas and mix until combined

Add 1/3 flour mixture to but egg mixture and combine. Repeat until all the flour is used

Stir in the nuts (Optional)

Pour into greased bread pan. (Note: I like to use the mini pans, the bread seems to cook through a bit more quickly.)

Place on center rack in over until done. Insert a tooth pick into the center of the bread is done when the tooth pick comes out clean.
