Wash and roughly chop all vegetable

Place vegetables in a large stock pot

Add 4 cups of any fat free chicken or vegetable broth

Add salt, pepper or any other fresh seasoning such as garlic to taste

Cover and bring to boil, then let simmer for 10 minutes
For a creamy effect, puree in nutria bullet or blender and serve hot. This will make several servings so you may place each one cup serving in a ziplock bag and freeze. Very filling and each cup is about 20 calories

I just drink a cup of this when I have cravings or to take the edge off my hunger. It is very similar to the Weight Watchers Zero Point Soup. I don't like eating cooked veggies, but when it is pureed it tastes kind of creamy and delicious
