Directions:  
Mix dry ingredients with whisk (flour, soda, powder, salt)
Cut in shortening BY HAND until a coarse powder (meal) is created. GENTLY
Add buttermilk and LIGHTLY stir untila sticky dough ball forms
Sprinkly flour on counter surface and roll out dough
Flatten until dough is about 1 1/2" tall
Use coffee cup, to cut out biscuits, rolling cup's edge in flour each time
Put all biscuits on a greased or nonstick baking pan and put into a
preheated 400 degree oven for about 10-15 minuted until tops appear golden brown

Immediately after pulling biscuits out of oven, brush tops with butter and lightly salt.
