Dice the chicken into bite-size pieces. Saute in canola oil over medium high heat.

While the chicken is cooking, chop the green onion, black olives, and tomatoes. Sometimes, I also add cilantro.

When the chicken is browned, add the fajita seasoning mix and about 1/4 cup of water to the skillet. Stir until it is incorporated. Let this cook for another 5-10 minutes.

While the chicken is continuing to cook, shred the cheeses.

Spread the tortilla chips onto a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil (this helps with easy cleanup).

When the chicken is done cooking, top the tortilla chips with the chicken, the green onions, tomato, black olives, and the cheeses.

Place under the broiler for about 5 minutes.
