Description: Ground Beef Chili for enchiladas, bowl of chili w/tortillas, chili for fried potatoes, french fries, etc
Ingredients:  Makes 8 servings (8 cups)

Directions:  
Brown ground beef- when browned add flour, mix well and cook over low/med heat for about 2 minutes. Add chili powder 4 to 6 tbsp to desired heat and continue to cook for about 1 minute. Add water to desired thickness stiring constantly until mixture begins to bubble. When even bubbling turn heat down to low and simmer about 15 minutes. Serve solo, as enchiladas, over fried potatoes, french fries, frito pie, etc
