No Bake Peanut Butter & Chocolate Bars

1-3/4  cups		Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter
3/4  cup		Sugar
3/4  cup		Light Corn Syrup
4  ounces		Dry Roasted Peanuts-Chopped
3-1/2  cups		Total Cereal-Finely Crushed
1/3  cup		Dark Chocolate-Chopped

Combine peanut butter, sugar, and corn syrup in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook 4 minutes until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat and stir in cereal and peanuts. Spread mixture evenly in a 13 X 9-inch baking pan (coated with cooking spray). In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave on high for 1 minute or until chocolate melts. Stir often. Drizzle chocolate over peanut mixture. Cut into 24 bars while warm.
