Directions:  
Brown meat and onions
Add 1/2 cup tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Simmer10 minutes
Mix together ricotta, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, egg beaters, salt pepper.
Spray 8x8 pan
place browned meat on bottom top with cheese mixture to with rest of mozzarella
bake 350º 40 min.
