Spray olive oil in a small saucepan over med heat. Add half of the amount of chopped apple, and cinnamon. Cook, stirring often until apple softens, 3-4 min. Add oats, honey, and milk. Bring to a boil or just under. Reduce heat to low and cook until oats softens, 1-2 min don't over cook!! Top with your favorite fruit or raisins, and remaining apple.
