Oatmeal flax Muffins

1-1/2  cups		white flour, 3/4 oatmeal
3/4  cup		of flax seed meal
1/2  cup		of whole flax seed, 1 c of brown sugar
2  teaspoons		baking soda
1  teaspoon		baking powder
1/2		salt, 2 tsp cinnamon, 1-1/2 c grated carrot
1  cup		2 apples peeled and shredded, chopped nuts
1/8  cup		raisins
3/4  cup		2 eggs, 1% milk 1 tsp vanilla

Mix together 1 1/2 half cup of unbleached white flour
3/4 cup of Flax seed Meal
3/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
2tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cup grated carrots
2 Apples peeled and shredded
1/2 c raisins
1c chopped nuts
Then mix together 2 beaten eggs and 3/4 cup 1% Milk and 1 tsp of Vanilla. Then mix together dry and moist together just till mixed.
Fill muffin tin 3/4 way full Bake 15-20 minutes
