Directions:  
In a small skillet (sprayed with pam spray) combine broccoli, pepper, onion, mushrooms, and sausage. Add tomato just before placing onto the egg. Heat a Large skillet sprayed with pam. in a small bowl whip 2 eggs and 1 Tbls of milk. Pour egg mixture into heated pan sprinkle with salt and pepper. moving the pan to spread the egg mixture. It will be a thin layer and cook quickly, no need to flip! when cooked, add 1/2 of the heated filling and a slice of cheese (cut in 1/2) only on half of the egg. Flip the empty half of the egg over the filling.
