1  teaspoon

1/2  cup
 
2  tablespoons

Directions:  
Break 5 eggs.. add one whole egg and 4 egg whites to bowl and whisk with a fork .. (you can add 1/4 of water to make more fluffy egg)

put veggies in microwave for 30 to seconds While cooking Smokies below..
in a small non stick skillet .. add oil and lil smokies... heat untill smokie falvour is imparted into oil.. Or till Smokies are slightly brown..
remove smokies..

Put eggs in skillet...
then add veggies on top of eggs and spread veggies out..

wait 3 to 5 minutes till eggs are ready to fold..
(you can add lil smokies here if you want )
Fold eggs in half or 3rds and cook for 1 to 2 minutes
then flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.

When eggs are no longer running when you flip it then put on plate
Serve with salsa on top...
