Directions:  
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake pie shell for 10 minutes. Add half of the onions in the baked crust. Top with half of the cheese. Make another layer with remaining onions and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle cream over the top. Bake 25 minutes.
