Description: These are a fabulous low carb bread substitute and can be used for sandwiches, hamburgers, french toast, etc. You can add herbs, spices or sweetener, depending on what you plan to use them for.
Ingredients:  Makes 12 servings (12 each)

Directions:

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form

Beat cream cheese and mix in egg yolks well

Gently fold egg yolk mixture into egg whites, being careful not to break down egg whites.

scoop into 12 mounds on a greased cookie sheet, flattening slightly.

Bake at 300 degrees for approximately 30 min.

Allow to cool for a few minutes on the cookie sheet, then remove to cool completely on wire rack.

Store in a loosely open sack to keep from becoming too moist. Can be frozen.
