Orange Chicken

3  servings		Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1/4  cup		Green Onion - Fresh, Chopped
1-1/2  cups		Simply Orange 100% orange juice
1/4  cup		Domino Dark Brown Sugar
2  tablespoons		Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1  tablespoon		Rooster Brand Chili Garlic Sauce
1/2  teaspoon		Ground Ginger
2  tablespoons		Kingsford's Corn Starch
1  cup		Gold Medal White All Purpose Flour - Enriched, Bleached, Presifted

First cut all fat off of chicken. then cut chicken into 1 inch peices. Next get green onions and cut very small . put aside. Next get the orange juice dark brown sugar soy sause chili garlic sauce and ground ginger and mix it all together than put aside. coat chicken with flour then dip in a egg that is beaten. then dip chicken in cornstarch. next fry chicken in oil. get sauce mixture and put it in a pan and bring to a boil. add cornstarch and a little water mix together and then put it in the sauce mixture. after it all thicken up add chicken. yum yum
