Poach chicken in flavored water.
I prefer to poach my chicken in chicken broth, garlic, and lemon. Do as you like.

Remove chicken when cooked.

Prepare vegetables for consumption. Chop and dice and all that jazz.

Make sure that orange is all fresh squeezed...might wanna zest that bad boy too.

Lightly cook green peppers, onions, ginger, and garlic on low heat for about 3 minutes.

Add all that coconut oil, juice, soy sauce,and chicken tenders in a pan. I usually add the chilli powder around this time as well. Turn to medium heat until sauce is well mixed and simmer for 10 minutes

Turn off heat.

Add honey, green onions and salt and pepper to taste.
