Season cubed chicken meat with lemon pepper seasoning

Stir fry chicken meat in sesame oil in a Wok or Skillet for 10 minutes

Add frozen stir fry vegetables to skillet and stir fry 5-10 minutes until vegetables are cooked

Add 1/4 cup stir fry sauce or pouch provided with frozen vegetables and stir in with vegetables cook another 5 minutes.

At same time prepare long grained white rice according to package directions.

Serve Chicken stir fry over a cup of cooked rice.
