Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a ziplock bag, combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Add chicken and shake to coat, one piece at a time.
Melt butter in shallow baking pan in the oven.
All chicken to the pan, turning once to coat with butter.
Bake skin side down for 30 minutes. Turn and bake for 30 more minutes.
