Directions:  
Put eggs into a pot, cover with cold water. Cover with a lid. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Drain water. Put eggs into ice water bath. Let cool. Remove from water. Peel, Smash with fork. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Makes 6 - 1/2 cup servings.
