Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheet with olive oil. Mix all ingredients. Mix until just well combined. Over mixing makes for tough meatballs. Use a medium cookie baller to form meatballs to get a uniform size. Roll into balls. place on baking sheet. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Place into your favorite sauce.
