Directions:  
Cook pasta according to package directions, adding 1 tbsp. kosher salt to the boiling water.

Reserve 1 cup cooking liquid and drain.

Combine ricotta cheese and 1/2 cup cooking liquid in a blender. Blend until well incorporated.

Combine hot pasta, cheese mixture, spinach and herbs in a large bowl. Toss. Add additional cooking liquid if necessary. Serve.
