Directions:  
Thaw the broccoli florets in a colander. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Spray a baking sheet large enough for the broccoli to lay in a single layer with nonstick spray. In a bowl toss the broccoli with the minced garlic, black pepper, and olive oil.
Spread out on the baking sheet. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, until crisp tender and the tips of some of the florets are browned.
Remove from oven and immediately toss with the lemon juice and parmesan. Serve hot.
