Directions:  
Bring a large pot of water to boil.
Add whole wheat pasta until tender.
About 1 minute before pasta is ready add broccoli, peppers, and carrots to blanch.
Drain pasta and veggies.
In same pot add minced garlic cloves, milk, and cream cheese. Bring to a boil. Whisk to blend cheese into milk and make a creamy sauce. Add pasta and veggies to sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
