1/2  teaspoon
1/4  teaspoon

1-1/2  cups
1/2  cup
4  cups
2  cups

1.In dutch oven, heat oil, add onion and garlic, cook 1 minute.
2.Add ground beef, cook and stir 8 minutes.
3.Add next 7 ingredients, mix well.
4.Bring to a boil, boil for 3 minutes.
5.Add pasta, heat through.
6.Stir in 1 cup cheese.
7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, cover and cook until cheese melts.
