Directions:  
Precook bacon in fry pad over medium heat.
Add the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and dried rosemary. Cover and let brown on bottom.
Add the onions and peppers, stir everything until well mixed. Continue cooking for about 5 more minuted, turning occasionaly.
Sprinkle cheese on top, cover and cook until cheese melts.
