Peach Raspberry Crisp

3		peach,s diced
1-1/2  cups		raspberries
1/2  cup		sugar
1  teaspoon		orange zest
1  teaspoon		lemon juice
1/3  cup		whole wheat flour
1/3  cup		old fashioned oats
1/3  cup		diced walnuts
1  dash		salt
1/4  cup		packed brown sugar
4  tablespoons		butter, cut into small pieces

stir peaches, raspberries, sugar, zest and lemon zest in a bowl. set aside for 5 minutes.
preheat oven to 350
place six small heat proof bowls onto cookie sheet.
stir together flour, oats, walnuts, salt and brown sugar. cut in butter. work until the mixture until the butter is incorporated.

divide the fruit into 6 small jars. top with walnut topping. pack lightly. place in hot oven.

bake 18 to 20 minutes; cool
