Directions:

Put on a pot of boiling water.

Saute' sausage over medium heat, breaking into small pieces. After 5 minutes, when almost cooked through, add salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Add chopped rosemary, garlic and olive oil and cook for 2 mimutes.

Over high heat, add chopped tomatoes and cook five minutes. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

when pasta is done, drain and add to sausaage and tomato mixture. Stir for 2 minutes over high heat to combine.

Add chopped parsley and cheese and mix for 30 seconds.
