Directions:

Clean beef and cut into strips. Chop garlic, onions and peppers.

In non-stick skillet, sauté beef for 5 minutes or until browned. Remove and set aside.

Add oil to pan and sauté garlic. Add peppers and onions. Cook for 3 minutes, until tender but firm.

On high heat, add beef and soy sauce to vegetable mixture and cook until beef is heated through.

This was much easier than other pepper steak recipes I have. I took the leftovers to work and ended up giving the recipe out when people got a whif.
