Description: A delicious spanish style pepper steak...
Ingredients:  Makes 1 serving (1 cup)

Directions:  
If not pre-cut, cut your lean and thin steak in to strips. Place in a bowl and season with half of a tblsp of the chicken bouillon and the garlic set at side. Chop your sweet pepper and the white onion also in to strips and set at side. Place olive oil in a pan or skillet and warm it up, add the steak and cook stirring constantly until all the water is dry and steak starts to brown up. Add your pepper and onion and cook until the veggies look tender and start to brown up. Turn off stove and serve you can have this with my healthy Garlic & Oil Penne... Look it up, make it and enjoy!!!
