Partially freeze meat, slice across the grain into bite-sized strips.

Cook pasta according to pkg direction, not using any salt or oil. Drain well and keep warm.

In a bowl, stir together next 4 ingredients and add 1/2 cup water. Set aside.

Spray unheated wok or skillet. Heat to med-high.

Stir-fry garlic 30 sec.

Add pea pods and sweet pepper. Stir-fry 1 minute.

Add mushrooms. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 more minutes until vegetables are crisp tender. Remove from wok or skillet.

Add oil to wok. Stir-fry beef until desired doneness.

Push beef to side and add bowl of mixed sauce. Cook until thick and bubbly.

Return vegetables to wok. Cook for 2 minutes more.

Add pasta, toss and serve.
