Directions:

Melt butter in medium pan/skillet, and garlic and onions.

After browned add sliced green bell peppers, stir.

Cook for 1 minute then add strips of sirloin, stir.

Cook 2 minutes, add chili salt and pepper.

Stir and cover, cook until sirloin is cooked through.

Add provolone slices and cover to steam.
