Directions:  
Mix ingredients and kneed for 10 minutes
Place in lightly greased bowl and rise for an hour until doubled.
Divide into 8 ball and let rest 20 minutes
Flatten a ball with a rolling pin until 1/4 inch thick
Cook on a pizza stone in a 550 degree oven for one minute per side and then cool.
Repeat until all pitas are cooked.
