Directions:  
Preheat the oven to 375 F. Place the small whole wheat pita bread on a cookie sheet. Top with tomato sauce and spread evenly. Chop the roasted chicken breast into cubes and thinly slice the sundried tomatoes. Place both ingredients on the pizza. Top with the arugula and crumbled goat cheese. Sprinkle grated mozzarella on top. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and the crust is warm, about 7 minutes. Enjoy with a side salad.

Tossed side salad with balsamic vinegar: (2 cups lettuce, 1/2 cup cucumber, 2 tomato slices, balsamic vinegar per serving)
