Directions:
1
Gather the salt, protein powder, popcorn kernels.
2
Take out an iron cooking bowl or, preferably, and air popcorn maker
3
If you are using a cooking bowl, spray the bottom of the pan with cooking spray such as Pam
3
Measure 1/4 cup of popcorn kernels and pour them into the bowl or popcorn maker.
4
Turn the popcorn maker or the oven on (depending on what you are using)
5)Have a bowl ready for the popcorn when it is ready
6
With a smaller bowl, mix a few dashes of salt (more or less depending on how much you like salt) and 1/2 scoop of powder protein together.
7
Once the popcorn is done popping, but it in the bowl (without the salt and protein powder mixture)
8
Sprinkle some of the protein powder and salt mixture ontop of the popcorn.
9
You can spray a little Pam ontop of the protein if you want it to stick but I usually dont. Instead I dip the popcorn into the powder protein and salt bowl.
