preheat oven to 325°F and grease 6-count donut pan

In medium mixing bowl, combine almond meal, protein powder, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and erythritol.

In a small bowl whisk together eggs, pumpkin, water, stevia and vanilla extract.

With a large spoon, mix wet into dry ingredients.

divide batter evenly in donut pan.

Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and let sit for a 5 minutes before removing from pan.
