Combine peanut butter, water, butter, and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.

Microwave for 1 minute, then stir thoroughly.

Mix in the vanilla.

Place the rice chex in a very large bowl.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the rice chex and toss evenly or stir gently with a spatula.

Pour the confectioner's sugar in a large ziplock bag.

Pour the rice chex mix into the bag.

Toss the bag to evenly coat the rice chex with the powdered sugar.
