preheat oven to 200 degrees, then turn off (or prepare other proofing space)

Combine yeast, 1t of the sugar, and 1/4 C of warm water (about 110 degrees) and set aside

Combine dry ingredients

In bowl of stand mixer, beat eggs and other wet ingredients, reserving some of the water

With mixer on low, add dry ingredients - add additional water as needed to maintain thick batter, but should not be dry or forming a ball

Add yeast mixture (should be frothy)

Beat on high for 15 minutes

Add mixture to greased 10"x5" loaf pan or two smaller pans

Allow to rise for approximately 40 minutes or until an inch or two above the pan

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
