Bring vegetable broth to a boil and add quinoa. Simmer for 20 min.

In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until translucent.

Add zucchini and cook until tender.

Stir onion and zucchini into cooked quinoa. Season with salt, pepper and basil to taste. Serve immediatelly
