soak quinoa for 2 hours
in medium saucepan add soaked quinoa, oats, sea salt and water
bring to a boil
reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes
remove from heat and add cinnamon, vanilla and raisins
let sit for 5 minutes
serve hot
to sweeten add fresh fruit, unsweetened applesauce or pumpkin
