Directions:

Soak dates in warm water

melt coconut oil and mix cocoa powder into oil

add enough water to ground flax to make a paste and let sit for 5-15 minutes

add almond pulp, soaked dates, flax mixture, coconut oil/cocoa mixture, maple syrup, almond putter, cinnamon and sea salt to food processor and process until a thick batter forms.

roughly chop pine nuts and add by hand to mixture

make small balls of dough and place onto paraflex dehyrdrator trays, press down until 1/4-1/2 inch thick to make it cookie like

dehydrate on 125 for one hour, then flip "cookies" over and dehydrate until a brownie-like consistency or personal preference. (another 2-3 hours)

(maple syrup, salt, and cocoa powder are approximate measure. add to personal taste)
