Sprout buckwheat for a couple days, rinsing morning and night. Mix coconut oil, cinnamon, salt, and stevia together, then add juice concentrate, then mix all ingredients together. Place on a dehydrator trays, dry for 24 hours at 105 degrees or until dry and crunchy. Serve with almond milk. Can add freeze-dried berries and change juice concentrate to raspberry/ white grape 100% juice and omit cinnamon.
