Directions:  
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Peel and cube potatoes. Parboil in salted boiling water for 10 mins. Drain potatoes and run under cold water to stop cooking. Let rest for 5 mins. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large pyrex dish in the oven. When melted and bubbling, add potatoes. Coat the potatoes in the hot butter and cook for 20 mins. Remove from the oven, turn the potatoes, and return to the oven for 10 - 15 mins. Once the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, they're done.
