Preheat oven to 400 ºF. Remove mushroom stems and clean off with a damp paper towel. Place mushroom on a baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil and wine over the mushroom. Cook for about five minutes. Remove the mushroom, turn it over, and sprinkle with salt and thyme. Return to oven for another five minutes, checking every few minutes for the perfect tenderness.
