Clean and rinse fish fillet. Pat dry and cut into 4 equal size pieces.

Place fillets in microwave safe glass baking dish, thickest sides out.

Mix lemon juice, tarragon and pepper. Pour over salmon. Let fish marinate for 5 to 10 minutes to absorb flavor.

Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 70% for 3 minutes. Turn pieces for even heating and rotate dish. Cook for an additional 2 to 4 minutes or until fish flakes.
