Directions:  
Cook turkey sausage in non-stick skillet coated with spray, about 5 minutes or until brown. Remove from heat and set aside. In large bowl, combine mik, eggs, dry mustard, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper; whisk until well mixed set aside. Trim crusts from the bread. Tear into 1" cubes. Stir bread cubes, sausage and cheese into milk mixture; mix until well combined. Pour the mixture into a 9x13" baking dish sprayed withy non-stick cooking spray. Spread the egg mixture evenly. Sprinkle casserole evenly with paprika; bake for 45 minutes or until the casserole is set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into serve.
