Cover scallops with cold water in a medium saucepan. Heat slowly to a boil. Remove from heat and drain. In a large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes. Add flour and cook 5 minutes; stir constantly. Slowly add the cream, and cook until thickens. Stir in scallops, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. (Serve over rice or pasta.)
