Directions:  
Beat eggs and egg whites in a bowl.
2. Heat a skillet to medium, add cooking oil, and pour in eggs. I love to cook my eggs in the same skillet as my turkey bacon just after it’s finished to infuse them with some of that flavor.
3. Stir with spatula until evenly cooked.
