Directions:  
Put butter in large non stick skillet over medium heat. Melt until butter just begins to turn brown. Meanwhile in a small bowl add honey, OJ concentrate, soy sauce, and brown sugar; whisk to combine, set aside.
Season the salmon fillets with the salt & pepper; add to the skillet when the butter is ready. Sear on each side until golden, turn down to medium low heat and add the marinade, pouring over the fillets. Cook approximately 15 minutes until the marinade thickens. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
