Description: Sharataki Noodle meals are best prepared the night before and reheated. Gives the noodles more time to absorb the flavor. For this recipe the noodles can be placed over night in the pasta sauce in the fridge.

Ingredients:  Makes 3 servings (3 bowls)

Directions:  
Strain, rinse, and pat dry noodles
Cut chicken breast into pieces

Over medium heat add oil and chicken. Cook chicken fully.
Add garlic and onion, cook until soft.
Add and mix noodles and pasta sauce and heat to a simmer 3-5 minutes.
Reduce heat and cook on low for 5 minutes.
Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Top with a teaspoon of Parmesan Cheese if desired.
