Directions:
Cook veggies until tender. Add seasonings and mix in the sausage. Place mix in a med. size skillet. Pour beaten eggs over mix and top with grated cheese. Set oven to 400. Cook frittata for about 30 min. and check to see if done. Cook longer if needed. Egg should be firm.
